Yes, all programs have potential to work, but you must work the program! My mother took place in both these programs over the course of her life. She also took place in Curves. They all seem to have the potential to work on some level. Your analysis was very interesting. While I haven't tried either of these diets, just comparing cost alone I would go with trying weight watchers.
