I eat to fuel. As long as I'm lowering my overall food intake, I should still lose weight, though more slowly, of course. With Nutrisystem you get to chose from many foods that are already prepared for you. Food wise, I love the vegetable beef soup; it is one of my favorite things to eat for lunch. I used Jenny Craig three or four times over a year period and it worked. I decided to try Nutrisystem because of the fact that I did not have to learn how to cook to lose weight. Plus many overweight people are already living on a steady diet of low-nutrient processed food.
