She would just be switching the order of the meals that she was eating. Nor do I see any problem with your eating an omelet or cereal for dinner if this is what you have the taste for.
The only thing to consider here is that unless you customize your order accordingly, you get a certain amount of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks. So if you have a dinner for lunch or vice verse, then you might have one less in your dinner stash.
But this is no big deal. You could just have a lunch for dinner or something else for another time. There is nothing wrong with mixing and matching your meals. Unless of course you ordered extra dinners a la carte. The only option that comes to mind right now is soy yogurt. I drink almond milk as well Sometimes it is better. I am lactose intolerant, so always look for dairy that is lactose free. This is easier to do with cheese, especially appreciate the cheeses made by Cabot, almost all if not all are marked lactose free.
Kraft shredded Mozzarella is also lactose free. I followed the diet with some protein as suggested. It is really like magic! Give a try on this, this diet plan clearly works. Is this good for someone who wants to lose more than pounds?
I would like to try this, but it seems like I would be eating more calories. I will try this when my nutrisystem ends though. Depending upon your age and how much you have to lose, it may actually be beneficial to start out eating what seems like more, I would try the suggested amounts, and depending upon how things go for a week, adjust accordingly.

Personally, I can no longer eat their foods because there are too many things in them that I am sensitive too now I also am not thrilled with how much sodium is in prepared foods.
Because eggs are part of the power fuel foods, I combine them with the breakfast! I am such a carb girl. So the pastas and the frozen quesadillas or the melts are my favorite. I want real food, even if the bars make me full. That being said, the bars are great for being on the run! Several times they have kept me from picking up a drive-thru meal or something when I had one stashed in my purse. I love all the pastas!
