However, anyone who reports a suspected violation may be subject to disciplinary action to the extent he or she violated any Walmart policy or procedure. Every fresh pork supplier will be required to meet the new program requirements. Specific new tracking and audit requirements include: To meet those needs, we work with partners all along the supply chain to improve the sustainability of products we sell.

We do this while working to offer quality products, everyday low prices and putting customers in charge of their food choices by helping provide clear, accurate information about food ingredients and production. Farm Animal Welfare Farm animals provide an important and nutritious source of protein.

There is growing public interest in how food is produced and consumers have questions about whether current practices match their values and expectations about the well-being of farm animals. Animal science plays a central role in guiding these practices, but does not always provide clear direction. Increasingly, animal welfare decisions are being considered through a combination of science and ethics.

Position We recognize that farm animals play an important role in providing nutritious meat, dairy and eggs to our customers and members.

We believe that farm animals in our supply chain should be treated humanely throughout their lives and that the welfare of farm animals should be considered in selection of all production systems, practices and technologies. Third, we will work with our supply chain partners to implement practices consistent with the Five Freedoms of animal welfare.

Antibiotics in Agriculture Antibiotics are used in farm animals to treat, control and prevent disease and to promote growth. In the United States, antibiotics must be approved as safe and effective by the U.

Food and Drug Administration. Position We expect our suppliers to help protect the integrity of the food we sell by complying with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements as well as Walmart food safety standards. We recognize that antibiotics are one of many critical tools used to keep animals healthy and that they should be used responsibly to preserve the effectiveness of antibiotics in human and veterinary medicine.

Responsible use begins with the adoption and implementation of judicious use principles, such as those developed by the American Veterinary Medical Association. Judicious use includes disease prevention strategies, appropriate veterinary oversight, accurate record-keeping and careful review before antibiotics are used. Furthermore, we believe that antibiotics should only be used for medical purposes treatment, control and prevention of disease and not for growth promotion.

Finally, antibiotics should be used transparently to build accountability and public trust in the food system. We support public reporting of antibiotic use. We also support consistency of on-pack product claims in order to ensure clarity and usefulness of information to our customers and members. Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements as well as Walmart food safety standards. Limit medical antibiotic use to ill or at-risk animals.

Adopt and implement U. Promote transparency by providing an antibiotics management report to Walmart and publicly reporting antibiotic use on an annual basis. Accessed May 6, This policy applies to all properties owned or operated by Walmart Inc.

To help our customers save money and live better, we gladly accept valid paper manufacturer coupons issued by manufacturers of products that Walmart sells. These paper manufacturer coupons must scan at the register and must not be expired in accordance with the following guidelines.

To meet this aspiration for our egg supply, we are working alongside our suppliers on a comprehensive set of welfare priorities for laying hens. Welfare issues are complex and management is needed across a number of attributes.

In an effort to provide sustainable and high quality products for our customers, we adopt the following position on eggs in our supply chain: Sustainable Products at Walmart Our customers count on Walmart to deliver affordable products in a way that is sustainable for people and for the planet, through actions that build transparency and trust. We work with others, including suppliers, NGOs, and governments, all along the supply chain to help improve the sustainability of products we sell.

We do this while aiming to offer quality products at affordable prices with a time-saving shopping experience. Sustainable Forests Walmart recognizes the important role of healthy forests for society, as well as for our business.

Forests provide numerous benefits to people and the planet: We believe we can deliver the greatest impact by creating a higher demand for zero net deforestation products, supporting and enabling transparency, and investing in sustainable sourcing regions. As a member of the Consumer Goods Forum, we supported the resolution to achieve zero net deforestation in our supply chain by In , we also joined public and private sector leaders and signed onto the New York Declaration on Forests.

We encourage our suppliers of these types of products to work to source products produced with zero net deforestation as well. We ask suppliers to avoid ancient and endangered forests, to encourage conservation solutions, and to increase recycled content. Walmart recognizes that no company can solve deforestation on its own and that we must leverage our ability to promote sustainable agricultural production and sourcing beyond our private brands, and even beyond our retail supply chain.

We recognize the importance of collaboration with our suppliers, our peers, governments and NGOs to address deforestation and promote sustainable production at an industry level. This will require new approaches and solutions at both the jurisdictional and landscape level that drive results on the ground by engaging both governments, to improve policy and increase scale, as well as the market with clear demand signals for more sustainable products.

We will publicly share our progress annually in our Global Responsibility Report and will continue to engage in the development of public disclosure tools and reports. Key Commodities Palm Oil Palm oil is an ingredient in a variety of food and consumer products, and is also widely used as cooking oil in many parts of the world. According to the World Wildlife Fund, high demand for palm oil has contributed to deforestation, which increases the amount of greenhouse gas released into the atmosphere through burning of forested lands, and leads to the loss of natural habitat of endangered species and conflict over land and natural resources.

We also encourage our national brand suppliers to improve their palm oil sourcing practices in accordance with the RSPO. Walmart will continue to advocate, alongside the RSPO, NGOs, suppliers and others, to make zero net deforestation the norm in the industry — including encouraging a multi-stakeholder approach to strengthen current standards.

Our primary focus is on products containing pulp and paper from wood fiber, since it is the predominant material used in the creation of our paper products. Brazilian Beef Beef production is the leading driver of deforestation in the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest and the Cerrado, a wooded savannah south and east of the Amazon.

Walmart also aims to increase transparency and monitoring in the Brazilian beef industry while helping to promote productivity increases on existing cattle lands that meet sustainable grassland management, conservation, protection, and restoration expectations. Walmart will continue to advocate, alongside the CGF, NGOs, suppliers and others, to make zero net deforestation the norm in the industry. Brazilian Soy Soy is prevalent in our food products. According to CGF, 12 the world is projected to consume 70 to 80 million metric tons of additional soybeans annually over the next 10 years.

Additionally, Walmart actively supports regional agreements regarding zero net deforestation in additional high risk biomes. This includes multi-stakeholder and government engagement in critical higher-risk regions, such as the Amazon, the Cerrado, and the Gran Chaco to achieve zero net deforestation at the regional level with geospatial monitoring.

Our Approach We ask all suppliers selling soy or products that have a soy ingredient or feed to:. Indonesia fiber source , Malaysia wood chips source , China fiber source and trader , Thailand fiber source , and Colombia fiber source.

Accordingly, Walmart prohibits anyone acting on behalf of the Company, directly or indirectly, from making or receiving improper payments. A Government Official may include, but is not limited to, any officer or employee of a foreign government, a public international organization, a member of a political party, a candidate for foreign political office, any foreign government department or agency thereof, or any official or employee of a state-owned business enterprise.

The use of Walmart funds or assets for any illegal, improper, or unethical purpose is strictly prohibited. Zeynep Ton states that companies can get in a downward spiral where too few labor hours lead to operational problems and lower sales and these reduced sales then become a rationale to reduce labor hours even further. A customer from Delaware states that the cosmetics section "looked like someone raided it" and "You hate to see a company self-destruct, but there are other places to go. It was like, you have to help them help you. An April 3, The New York Times article cites Supermarket News that Walmart's grocery prices are usually about 15 percent cheaper than competitors.

At the start of , the company had an average of employees for each Walmart and Sam's Club store in the United States, and by April , this had reduced to an average of employees per store.

Terrie Ellerbee, associate editor of grocery publication The Shelby Report , traced the problem to when Walmart reduced the number of different merchandise items carried in an attempt to make stores less cluttered. Customers did not like this change, and Walmart added the merchandise back, but did not add employees back. An April 5, article in the Consumerist includes photographs of Walmart shelves which are only partially stocked, primarily in health and beauty products.

One employee is quoted as saying, "As soon as we get a full crew we start to lose people through them quitting or being fired. Management seems to wait until we need 6 or 7 people, then we get a rash of new hires. However, even with these problems, Walmart was performing better than Target in the measure of retail turnover, turning over its entire inventory 8 times a year as compared to 6. The article's author writes that no amount of "computer wizardry" will eliminate the need for human beings to also move merchandise onto shelves.

The author further writes that Walmart's whole business model is based on reducing the carrying costs of unsold merchandise, and any speed bump along the line adds back costs. Front-end managers are supposed to open another register any time there are more than three customers in line, but these employees have to come from some other part of the store, and the night crew may or may not be able to catch up.

In September , Bloomberg Businessweek reported that Walmart will be offering 35, part-time employees full-time jobs and will be offering another 35, temporary employees permanent part-time positions. Walmart will also be looking to hire 55, seasonal employees for the upcoming holiday season. This compares to , jobs Walmart has cut over the last five years. For Thanksgiving specials, Walmart included twenty-one items which included a one-hour guarantee, where customers would pay at that time and then go online to arrange delivery to a store of their choice by Christmas.

In February , a local NBC affiliate in Troy, Alabama, United States, showed photographs of empty shelves and aired customer complaints, with one customer stating, "And merchandise? When you don't have any salt on the shelf, no matter what brand, that's pretty bad. They have things that are broken in there and instead of fixing the problem, they have a trash bag taped over it, and it smells horrible.

As a large customer to most of its vendors, Walmart openly uses its bargaining power to bring lower prices to attract its customers. The company negotiates lower prices from vendors. For certain basic products, Walmart "has a clear policy" that prices go down from year to year. While Sam Walton was alive, Walmart had a "Buy American" campaign, but it was exposed shortly after he died that signs saying "Buy American" were on bins of Asian made products.

Walmart has been criticized for not providing adequate supervision of its foreign suppliers. It has also been criticized for using sweatshops and prison labor. Walmart said it did not use prison labor. The documentary film Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Price shows images of Walmart goods-producing factories in poor condition, and factory workers subject to abuse and conditions that the documentary producers considered inhumane. Walmart currently uses monitoring which critics say is inadequate and "leaves outsiders unable to verify" conditions.

Since Walmart will not release its audits or factory names, outside organizations are expected to simply accept Walmart's claims as fact. In , Walmart began working with Business for Social Responsibility, a San Francisco, California-based nonprofit organization, to reach out to groups active in monitoring overseas plants. On November 24, a fire in a Bangladesh clothing factory resulted in the death of workers. Survivors said that fire extinguishers did not work, an exit door was locked, and that when the fire alarm went off, bosses told workers to return to their sewing machines.

Victims were trapped or jumped to their deaths from the eight-story building, which had no fire escapes or exits. Initially Walmart said it could not confirm that it had ever sourced apparel from the factory. However photos taken by Bangladeshi labor activists showed Walmart-branded clothing present in the factory after the fire.

Walmart later said that a supplier had subcontracted work to the factory "in direct violation of our policies. It was also disclosed in a November 24 article in The New York Times that officials who had attended a Bangladesh meeting to discuss factory safety in the garment industry said that the Walmart official there had played the lead role in blocking an effort to have global retailers pay more for apparel to help Bangladesh factories improve their electrical and fire safety.

In , The New York Times reported that Walmart had been made aware eight years earlier that executives of Walmart México , its subsidiary in that country, had paid millions of dollars in bribes to local officials to expedite permits for construction and operation of its many stores in that country.

The company had opened many stores in Mexico in the late s and early s, attempting to widely establish itself before competitors could. Sergio Cicero, a lawyer who had been responsible for obtaining those permits and was bitter about being passed over for the position of general counsel with Walmart México provided the company's corporate general counsel's office with evidence showing that the company had made large payments to gestores , workers who deal with bureaucracies on behalf of citizens and businesses, with coded indications that the money was being passed on to officials to expedite permits.

Company officials hired a veteran FBI agent to conduct a preliminary inquiry, instead of hiring an outside law firm as it usually did for major inquiries, such as a similar one in which found that Walmart México had been helping high-volume customers evade that country's sales taxes.

Executives at Walmart México chafed at the investigation, reportedly complaining that that was how business was done in the country. They told their counterparts at corporate headquarters that the investigators were being too aggressive, and some of the company's top executives apparently agreed.

Feeling Walmart had had enough bad publicity in recent years, they allowed the investigation to be concluded by a short report from José Luis Rodríguezmacedo, the head of Walmart México, who had himself been suspected of involvement. It largely blamed Cicero, claiming he had fabricated the allegations to conceal his own embezzlement from the company with the help of the gestores , one of whom was his wife's law partner.

Some Walmart executives found the report incomplete and contradictory, but the investigation was closed. None of the Mexican executives investigated were ever disciplined, and some were even promoted afterwards. In December , several months before the story broke, Walmart announced it had begun an internal review of its FCPA compliance procedures.

It was unclear how the Justice Department might respond. While the FCPA's five-year statute of limitations appeared to bar prosecution under that statute, falsified financial statements in the years since could be seen as obstruction of justice under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act , and acts taken to conceal the bribery investigation subsequent to could constitute conspiracy. Walmart's product selection has been criticized by some groups in the past, primarily as viewed as a promotion of a particular ideology or as a response to its original rural, religious and conservative target market.

In , Walmart removed certain men's magazines from its shelves, such as Maxim , FHM , and Stuff , citing customer complaints regarding their sexual content. It has also refused to sell the December issue of WWE Magazine due to its controversial cover depicting The Rock doused with fire.

Since , Walmart has not carried music albums marked with the Recording Industry Association of America 's RIAA's Parental Advisory Label although it allows R-rated movies and video games rated "Mature" , although it carries edited versions of such albums, with obscenities removed or overdubbed with less offensive lyrics.

To satisfy Walmart, the record label, Lost Highway Records , issued the album with an alternative cover, without recalling the original cover. Walmart has never carried Marilyn Manson albums, solely because of the controversy surrounding Manson's music, but recently began selling Nine Inch Nails albums after rejecting them for years. However albums carrying the label can be found in Canadian Walmart stores, for example. In , Walmart announced that it would not stock emergency contraception pills in its pharmacies, not citing any particular reasons except for a "business decision" that was made earlier.

Walmart has also been criticized for selling some controversial products. For example, in Walmart carried the anti-Semitic hoax [] The Protocols of the Elders of Zion in its online catalogue.

The Jewish civil rights organization Anti-Defamation League wrote to the President of Walmart on September noting the text, "has been the major weapon in the arsenals of anti-Semites around the world," and called on Walmart to, "unequivocally state the nature of the book and to disassociate itself from any endorsement of it.

The company said that the copies were shipped to it by mistake and a Walmart spokeswoman said she did not "believe this particular product would appeal" to its customer base. In January , Walmart was criticized for the recommendation system on its website which suggested that some black-related DVDs, such as Introducing Dorothy Dandridge and documentaries on Baptist minister and civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr.

It quickly corrected the page, saying that it was a software glitch, but ultimately blamed the matter on human error. A December report published by the Environmental Investigation Agency , a non-governmental agency, revealed that some furniture sold at Walmart was made from wood which had been illegally logged in protected Russian habitats for Siberian tigers and other wildlife.

In Walmart was sued for selling fake craft beer. The beer is labeled and marketed as being produced by the non-existent "Trouble Brewery" but is actually made by WX Brands, a large corporate brewery that also makes Genesee beer.

At the end of , Walmart removed t-shirts which implied a promotion of violence, with the words 'Rope. Until the mids, Walmart took out corporate-owned life insurance policies on its employees including "low-level" employees such as janitors, cashiers, and stockers. This type of insurance is usually purchased to cover a company against financial loss when a high-ranking employee i. The practice was stopped in the mids when the federal government closed the tax deduction and began to pursue Walmart for back taxes.

These issues involve low wages , poor working conditions , inadequate health care , as well as issues involving the company's strong anti-union policies. This was found in a study by Oklahoma State University which states, "Walmart is found to have substantially lowered the relative unemployment rates of blacks in those counties where it is present, but to have had only a limited impact on relative incomes after the influences of other socio-economic variables were taken into account.

In , a gender discrimination lawsuit, Dukes v. A class action suit was sought, which would have been the nation's largest in history, covering 1. In January , Wal-Mart announced that "diversity efforts include new groups of minority, female and gay employees that meet at Wal-Mart headquarters in Bentonville to advise the company on marketing and internal promotion.

There are seven Business Resource Groups: Walmart's cage-free eggs will not come from free range producers, but rather industrial-scale farms where the birds will be allotted between 1 and 1.

Walmart has not committed to phasing out battery cages in Latin America like it has committed to do so in the United States, [] the United Kingdom, [] and Canada. The proposal never met local regulations because Walmart never owned all of the land upon which it planned to build, yet they fought a five year fight to build on land they didn't own and the City strangely violated all of its laws to help make that happen.

Walmart's Midtown plan was rejected the first time in February , [] but was redesigned by Gensler [] and approved by Miami Planning and Zoning Director Francisco Garcia in August , then upheld on appeal by the City Commission in November If built, it would be the first traditional Walmart location within the actual City of Miami limits, although there are numerous locations just outside city limits in Doral , Hialeah , Gladeview , North Miami Beach , and Westchester , as well as a " Neighborhood Market " in the western fringes of the city.

After more than two years of litigation, Walmart won their very first court battle in August The Midtown development already contains a Target and a Ross which makes another big box retailer like Walmart redundant for the site. The Walmart broke ground with an illegal permit from the City of Miami in January , [] after a panel of state judges in the 3rd District Court of Appeals blocked a petition challenging the development.

In , Stern won a judgment against the City of Miami in a public records lawsuit related to Walmart's plan to build in Midtown Miami. That case proved Stern's claims that Walmart did not hold good title to all the land upon which they obtained a permit to build from the City.

As a result, the City of Miami froze their permit and eventually, construction of the Walmart was involuntarily halted when the City revoked their foundation permit on June 21, and construction ceased at the site within the week, which is how Walmart's vacant Midtown site remains. As of October 17, , the site remains undeveloped. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

He was moving closer 3 times we moved away. He had no reason to be next to me that close, or even on the floor. I went to tell my boyfriend as we were leaving that I think he was recording me. He went back to approach the guy in the store and I followed. He asked him if he was recording people and he mumbled and said uh no. Closing his phone My boyfriend saw him on his phone with the recorder open. He closed it and stood up.

My boyfriend said you better delete that and he mumbled again so he addressed him to get the manager. I told him don't delete anything and he said I'm not I'm texting I say you shouldn't be on your phone at all.

He then shows the manager his pictures at this point it's already deleted and it's not there. The cameras are magically not working after the manager says she will get the camera footage. The cops were called and me and the other victims filled a report, ofcourse they had no evidence since I'm sure the camaras have to go threw corporate before the cops can view it. We will be calling corporate when they open this morning And be contacting our attorneys if needed since Walmart doesn't seem to care about customer safety.

Sunday, October 02, Sexual Harassment at Walmart. I ended up quitting because I refused to work with the guy while they did an investigation due to having anxiety. I asked for a leave of absence.

They didn't know the procedure at that time claiming nobody ever quit. Please please please contact me today is my only hope. Here is video proof that Walmart uses illegal child labourers in China.

About halfway through the video, there are images of children making toys for Walmart. Video taken September, , in audited, Walmart-approved production facility. I worked for Wal-Mart for 8 months quit Today. I'm in the National Gaurd. I asked if Wal-Mart pays for military leave Cosco does I was told Wal-Mart would not pay me to do "just another job" because the military is "just another job?

But this is where it gets bad. So if you need the pay, your screwed, if your making bank, Wal-Mart is ok to do so. Also, I swear to you, not lying! Our head honcho manger over all Wal-Mart in area has been caught doing coke in the garden area at nights.

Hello my name is Wyatt Gibson and my horror began on December 18th. I was in the Army for almost six years until my contract ended and now I am attending school while I was working at walmart. Well yesterday at i was brought into the office and sat down with the store manager and the PA I think he was. They told me I was be investigated into for comments of violence and sex, I have never done this but they kept on saying "we have done a thorough investigation".

Now I am an honest man and I don't go around threatening people or harassing them or saying sexual comments. They never approached me and asked me if this was true or what's going on, my side of this farce. So either someone had it in for me or they just wanted me gone, this I do not know. But I was banned from all their stores so they say and sister stores, I had two cops talk to me to make sure I wasn't a threat because I ex military and because of god know what was told I said.

I feel embarrassed and attacked, but most importantly I left puzzled why people would do this to someone for no reason and treat them like this. I worked at Wal-Mart for 13 years. I don't even like others to use that word around me.

This investigation lasted at least two weeks. He assured me that I was going to be terminated. I finished my shift that day. Hello, I got one story to share. My Father bought a small laptop from walmart for my sisters birthday.

The seal was broken when it was sold to him. When my sister received she unpackaged it and turned it on. Right away it seemed to be very slow and unresponsive when doing some work on it. Looking through the files I first noticed that internet explorer had been deleted. There were also a bunch of empty program folders which means that the laptop had been used before.

To top it all of I found a file in the downloads folder that contained pornography. To sum it up they sold us a used and unusable laptop as brand new for full retail price. Long behold we walk out of the store and get to a friends house and unpack the laptop. To our surprise they had given us back the same laptop that we brought in to exchange. I called the store and told them that this is it, first they ruin my sisters birthday. Then they refuse to cooperate and compensate us.

And finally they give us the same laptop back that we came in about. I told the person on the phone same person that serviced us at customer service that I now really want the new laptop PLUS refund. The person laughed at me, and rudely interrupted me and wouldn't even let me talk. I had to yell at her to get to her and actually get my message through. I told her I want to talk to the manager which I will do tomorrow.

Can we do that? Can we make them give it to us for free? This started for me May 26 at 4: The checks were fakes and were processed electronically by the Walmart cashier. The transactions hit my checking account May 28th. I disputed the charges with my bank that were scanned at the store by Telecheck and approved.

I have now filled out a police report and a fraud report at both of the Walmarts involved. Walmart will not cooperate with victims in any way as a matter of policy.

Only the police can get any information from them. I was able to coerce copies of the receipts from a willing office clerk who felt sympathetic to my plight. Pray that the perp does not bounce the check as Telecheck and Walmart will gang rape the fraud victim by making it so no check from that account can be cashed anywhere by the legitimate account holder as they fight to clear their good name.

Telecheck will allow a report amendment to correct the negative notation, but oddly enough Walmart refuses to issue the correction letter as they do not do that as a matter of policy. Again the effort expended by Walmart management is to limit the resources spent on this type of issue and to screw the customer once more. The last action item was to file a complaint with the FTC. My complaint however is against Walmart as they are the ones that have allowed this uncontrolled security breach to continue without resolution or correction since before when the fraud practice was first detailed.

Walmart security cameras look like they were purchased at Walmart made in China. I realize that there will be little satisfaction beyond this rant. If it helps one person save a little time not having to go through this BS then it was worth it. It is getting increasing difficult to ever find a responsible person that has the authority to correct glaring issues like these. Corporations have become effective at compartmentalizing every aspect of their organization and processes in an effort to stop internal collusion and corruption.

The downside fall out of this is the total lack of accountability of organizations to make the necessary course corrections to process that are either inadequate, ineffectual or just plain out of date. To be able to correct these issues a group of individuals needs to be tasked with looking at processes from cradle to grave to better understand its strengths, weaknesses and dynamic interactions.

Thursday, June 20, Walmart Degrades Customer. The store I work for is literally killing us. The entire store is expected to do the work of several people. With economy like it is they get away with it,so I would like to remain anonomus.

Our stress levels are so high,we are dropping dead in the aisles. On top of that there are 6 or more that died at home from stress related causes. Nothing is due to accidents;the store is not responsible, other than operating on a skeleton crew and standing over us. These people passed away on different occassions;while they lay dead we were not allowed to morn the loss of our friends: Nor were we allowed to show our grief in front of the customers. Family oriented is their slogans.

The only family they have is the dollar. Each store is required to raise a certain amount for childrens miracle network, but we were not alowed to have a plate lunch in order to help all these familys out. Each time you hear hell-mart has donated money remember that it came from associates and customers pockets. Their just taking the credit. The families of the deceased needed help;they should help their immediate "family" first; after all they give their all trying to please them.

I worked at Walmart as a Customer Service Manager. I was giving an associate at the service desk her lunch break. So I asked another CSM that previously worked full time at the service desk why it was telling me that. She said if she broke it down into separate transactions then she would be able to send the full amount. So she decided to send 3 different amounts. I asked who she was sending the money to and she said she was sending it to her family.

When the associate I was giving lunch break to, came back, I asked if there was anything else I needed to fill out, and she said no, I did everything the way I should have. This associate was a full time associate that has worked at the service desk for years. Two weeks later I was called to our Asset Protection Office. I was asked if I remembered about the transactions that I had sent two weeks earlier.

I told them that I had sent a few different ones that day. So I was shown the ones for this specific customer and I told them yes,I remember. He asked if I filled out and faxed a specific form, which I had never seen before, and I told them that Iwas unaware of any forms other than filling out both sides of the money gram as I had been trained.

I was then informed that the customer had been under investigation for money laundering and they had no choice but to let me go,and informed me that they weren't going to charge me, for a felony offense. In my opinion filling out a money gram for a customer is a simple service that Walmart offers and we do every day, and there is nothing felony about taking care of a customer as we were trained.

Walmart should have banned the lady from sending money and not put me in the middle of it. By not informing us of the investigation, it seems to me that Walmart is a part of the problem and not the solution, Walmart and this lady are laundering money, and I am terminated in the process.

I was startled when being informed by my employers that Walmart knew this lady was laundering money to terrorists activities and allowed her to do it. Not only that, they are compromising their employees. I have been informed that this lady is still actively sending money to Canada in large amounts.

I have worked at walmart for nine years now. For the last seven years I have worked the same shift which was 5am to 2 pm. A few weeks ago a manager went around and told everyone that worked that particular shift that starting the next day it no longer existed and we were all to come in at seven and if our availability didn't accommodate the new hours then too bad we would just lose the hours and there was nothing we could do about it.

The funny thing is that I put in for a change of availability a few weeks before that my dept lead asked me to put in to accommodate for my military and school schedules. When I asked for this change I was treated like a complete idiot for asking and told I was being unfair to walmart. That's funny since apparently it's fair for them to change everyone's schedule with no notice and tell them too bad I guess you're losing hours but it's unfair for a veteran to ask for them to accomodate his military life to make his life a little easier.

Oh by the way none of my problems with walmart started until after i joined the national guard 3 years ago I worked at store in LaGrange KY. They left my W2 form out on a table unsupervised for anyone to take. The following day I was harassed by other cashiers, so I quit. Who needs to trouble for minimum wage.

I bought a fake 10k gold 22" chain from walmart. Stupid thing is they sold me a waranty also. I went back to return it and they said I would have to send it to the warnty company. For what its not broken? The chain is stamed 10k and I was told by the sales clerck that it was a solid 10K Italy Gold chain. Even stamped 10k Italy on the clasp. But it sticks to a magnet.

They ripped me of just like a con on the streets. Oh by the way, I'm disabled. Think I'll start going back to Sears never been treated wrong there. I used to work at walmart as automotive tech. And walmart usually issues uniforms to there techs. So walmart issues me my uniform that doesent fit me only the shirt fits but the pants were a size down.

So i was told by my manager to bring my own pants which i did, then on this specific day my pants gave in after a month and a half of wearing them, walmart still did not send my right uniform pants. So the pants ripped in my private part form too much bending down to check tire pressure, that same day i jumped in a vehicle to park it and as i jumped entered the car the pants ripped all the way down like a chain reaction to my knee showing my underwear and right side of my leg.

As i went to the counter there was a line of customer getting cashed out and as i walked torwards the counter most of the customers looked at me like if why are you working like that. This shows walmart does not care for there employees and this is an act of discrimination! I am currently looking for a lawyer to help me with my case my email is joseph. Today I went into the walmart down the street from my house for something I kept turning around catching them looking at me threw the shelves then they started laughting and humping and spanking the air
