Do yourself a favor, buy two packages of OREOs. Two packages of cookies gives you some nibbling leeway, and you want nibbling leeway. I burn it nine times out of ten. To remedy these problems I added some flour and also refrigerated the dough for about a half hour. I still had to spoon the dough onto the cookie sheets and I waited to put the kisses on until I had the cookies on the cooling rack. These cookies are delicious, but they spread out too much to look like blossom cookies. We tried putting the dough in the fridge but they still spread out. The mix is not easy to roll into a ball.
